Frank and Ruth Mlodzianowski Have Hosted Polka-German Interlude since 1983

The Longest running weekly radio show in Central Florida will feature its last episode, June 28, 2015. As unpaid volunteers, Frank and Ruth have brought us a taste of European culture...a very refreshing Sunday afternoon treat spanning 32 years...more than 1,600 episodes!!
If we can, WPIO will continue the theme with edited reruns from the archives of recorded shows. None the less, the familiar voice of Frank announcing a polka tune, and "Miss Ruth" announcing in German language the various interesting items will really be missed. Brevard County thanks Frank and Ruth Mlodzianowski for their contribution to this aspect of our culture. God bless them richly.
